ValueScout is the photo-to-value app for anyone who has ever looked at an item and wondered what it's actually worth.Built for thrifters, resellers, collectors, and homeowners, ValueScout turns a single photo into a real market valuation in seconds. Snap a picture of almost anything (a piece of jewelry from a drawer, a vintage find at a yard sale, a kitchen gadget tucked in the back of a cupboard) and ValueScout scans millions of sold listings across resale platforms to surface what items like it have actually traded for.No more squinting at eBay search results. No more wondering if the price tag at the thrift store is a steal or a trap. No more guessing what Grandma's brooch might be worth. Every valuation comes with a ready-to-use listing description, so resellers can move from photo to posted in under a minute. Hobbyists use ValueScout to make sense of inherited items and accumulated collections. Homeowners use it to document what they own.ValueScout was built on a simple idea. The information needed to value an item already exists somewhere on the internet. The job of the app is to bring it to you in seconds, with no spreadsheets, no appraiser appointments, and no expertise required.Just snap, scan, and know.

Took a while for my password reset to land in my mailbox. Now I think I’m set to look up values. First one gave good feedback.

Turnkey and simple. Speeds up the value and listing process. A more creative product description than I would have anticipated

This is my first value check, it went simple enough, I only hope it works out as I go al9ng.

I’m giving this four stars only because I just got it and have tried it on only one item- a vintage mechanical clock. What I like best so far- the pricing seems spot on for the value. I have another app that is very similar but, the value always seemed to high. This first use on this app is more to what I believe a true sales price would be. I have another app good feeling for this app.

I’m updating my reviews based on further information using other resources and collectors web sites. It seems that Value Scout gave some incorrect background on an antique. I will use it for more modern items including designer clothes and accessories. I’m glad I only signed up for one month. Value Scout was quick and gave comprehensive information. However they did not identify a match for my item but similar items that still gave me enough information to make a decision on a price.
