They Tripled the cost of my renewal & I can’t get anyone to reply except for an AI message! This company charged me almost $100 instead of the $32.00.

Hi my name is Judy and I paidfor the 2month trail and did not authorize anything additional. You charged me $95.12 and I don"tknow what for. I've tried for days to send a message and it keeps saingy an error has occured. I hated to think I'm being scammed, it sure does feel like it. I want this money refund immediately.A phonem for you also is not available. What gives?

I tried to use Value Scout a few times for their FREE trial without success so I gave up They withdrew my $ from my bank account without permission 😡 No email or contact about a subscription and about withdrawing any funds ! They want people to sign up and hopefully not use Value Scout so they have they can just collect their money Their customer service is very difficult to deal with and trying to get a refund when you haven’t used it except for the FREE trial is almost impossible! BEWARE of Value Scout as they try to scam you into believing they will be there to help you when needed they just want your money! . They asked how they could help and I said refund the money they withdrew without permission and FINALLY after several back and forth emails and because I posted here they refunded the money except for $13 which I think was for the processing fee 🤷‍♀️

Slow to respond to my issues and questions. Seems like the responses are AI generated. They emailed that I had two active accounts but they were never able to locate one of them nor give me any information about it.

No email for my “account “ so I could cancel the subscription before the 30 days was up, but they sure have my credit card on file. I’ve had my bank decline the card. But there is zero emails to reset my password to login and sort this out. You’re forced to create a paid account to even look at the app. There’s zero information on how to contact customer service. Just another app out to take money and make it impossible to cancel.

This is an incredible tool, and completely user friendly app. Fast, correct, and informative tool, worth every penny. So far have not found any Cons for my list.
