I give 5 stars because of the service and communication. Unfortunately there are occurring incidents of mandatory curtailment, but there is advanced notice and the value overall is still high. I do recommend using this service if you are okay with some percent downtime due to curtailment. The support team is excellent and work hard to keep tabs on your machines.

Jason and team made the onboarding process very simple. I have worked with other companies in this industry and Valuehash is by far the best. The contract is straightforward and reasonable. The rates are more than fair. The communication is efficient. I will continue to expand with Valuehash without hesitation.

Shreyash and the crew at ValueHash are good people and do good business. Always very understanding on a situation by situation basis. Minimal downtime for rigs. Only wish is some sort of remote management solution for customers in the future, but their tech support team is always responsive if I should need something. I’m grateful to have found them.

I was lucky to find ValueHash! I took a 1200 mile road trip on New Year’s Day to meet them. Not only did they give me a tour of the facility we hung out and had lunch and dinner later that day! This company are operated by two wonderful brothers Yash and Shrenuj, who are knowledgeable, helpful and extremely experienced in the space. It not only started off great it’s been going great for about a year. I was impressed they took the time to get us up and running in such a personal and professional manner when other hosting facilities would not allow me to enter the facility. Communications are prompt. Pricing of hardware and hosting is quite competitive. Implementation is quick and as projected. Invoicing is detailed and serial numbers on purchased units are provided without asking. It’s a pleasure doing business , very knowledable, great systems.
