Where’s my order at asap

I ordered one bottle of cologne for $40 3 months ago and they have charged me $40 every month since and havent sent me anything. No one answers the phone and when I try to send a message on their website the send button doesnt work. How do I get them to stop stealing my money other than closing my bank account and having to change my card info on 20 other payments I have…?????

I need my package or to know how to track it please,

Nobody go to them. Ordered from them 2 weeks ago. They sent me a receipt. And took out another 40$ weeks later. Never received the product. It’s a scam. I’m getting my money back through the bank and blocked the merchant. Be careful out here ladies and gentlemen

The ordering process was great.

Terrible experience being charged $39.99 a month for nothing. I filled out the form to cancel my membership the reply I got back was to write a 5 star review on their products. They never replied or discussed the cancelation. Please cancel my membership immediately and do not debit my account $39.99 effective immediately. Thank you

I was disappointed; because my order never came. I notified Vallore, was promised a refund that has yet to appear in my account. I have been charged $39.99 since August for Vallore Club Membership (Never Received Any Benefits). I emailed my request for cancellation and yet I was charged two more times.
