This is most definitely a scam they keep charging your card every month for a subscription that we didn’t sign up for and even months after ordering from them u will never receive the order. They give u the runaround when u reach out to them saying there is a delay with the carrier and I’m sorry but it ain’t a carrier in the world with this much delay I really just want them to stop trying to charge my card… PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I paid for my order $40 December 16,2025 til this day i never received my order and on top of that they keep charging my credit card for a membership in which i told them many of time i don't want the membership and they gave me they words that my membership was cancel and they still trying too charge me on my credit card this company is a ripped off scram, I want a full refund of what i paid for also i contacts them on many occasion always giving me excuse!!!!

Scam company. I bought a perfume last year from them. They said it was delivered, I never received it. I asked for a refund, they said I had to pick it up with the courier company. They charged me twice. I got my money back from the Credit card company. They charged me again last year December. I had to go through my Credit card again. Now I have found they charged me again in Jan 2026. I am really gettIng fed up of these scammers. My Credit card company put a block on them yet they still charged me. I am furious. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered from them in December but soon cancelled my orders as i paid over $80 for cologne and before my order was even delivered they tried to debit my card for another $39.99 then$29.99 and here it is January 25th after multiple emails to them saying i don’t want anything from them cancel subscription and calling my bank they literally just tried to debit another $19.99 lucky im smart enough to keep my cards locked

I never received the original order of 2 cologne bottles around August of 2025. They did send a rubber comb pick. I notified my bank and they sent me a new card and refunded me for both transactions of 69.99 & 39.99. On December 29, 2025 this company ran another unauthorized transaction for 39.99. Also ran it on Janruary 25, 2026. This company is a fraudulent scammer. I hope they get prosecuted!

I thought I purchased 2 fragrances called 9pm on their website thru a third party for $37.01. I never received the product. Then I was charged 2 for the product including a membership fee of $39.99. After I reached several times then I was told a membership was applied. I recall selecting a one-time purchase from the beginning. Now I'm still awaiting a refund or some kind of reparations for this. I've lost $116.99 for items i never did receive. So pissed off this suppose to be a Christmas gift that turned into a money battle. Totally would never recommend this business to anyone.

Definitely a scam! I placed an order over a most ago which has never been shipped, and they try and sneak you into a $40 per month membership after submitting a purchase. Customer service email is invalid and the number I don’t recommend anyone uses, when you call if there’s an answer, they will just sit with the phone muted or call back with the phone on mute.

I ordered from a Facebook ad on December 7th 2025 its now January 23 2026 I haven't received any product or refund This company is a complete scam Im filing papers with the Texas BBB and FBI Business crimes unit They Scammed the wrong guy I promise I won't stop until theres a class action suit and everyone they've Scammed gets what's owed
