First of all the quality of the design & products are amazing and they continue to improve with every drop. The customer service is second to none, I had a slight issue with waiting on a delivery and I emailed about it and within 30 minutes I had a reply and the issue had been corrected, the thing I find amazing about it was it was the drop day for the latest collection so you can imagine how hectic a day it would’ve been and they still managed to react and fix it that quickly. Excited to see what the future holds
