SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from Validtion. I placed an order on October 8, 2026, and almost three weeks later, I still have not received my package, a tracking number, or any reliable shipping information. Despite contacting their customer service team repeatedly, I keep receiving the same generic responses: "Your parcel is on its way," "Please be patient," and "Don't worry." However, they have NEVER provided a tracking number, the name of the shipping company, or even an estimated delivery date. When I requested a cancellation and refund, they refused, claiming that my order had already been shipped — yet they still could not provide any proof of shipment! I find this complete lack of transparency extremely concerning, and I am now questioning whether my package was ever shipped at all. BEWARE OF INSTAGRAM ADS! I discovered this store through an Instagram advertisement. I have also noticed advertisements for similar products under different website names, which raises further concerns about the legitimacy of these online stores. I cannot confirm whether they are operated by the same company, but I strongly encourage customers to verify the seller before making any purchase. I have already contacted my bank to discuss disputing the transaction and am considering reporting my experience to the relevant authorities. My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE unless you are prepared to risk losing your money and spending weeks chasing basic information about your order. Customers deserve transparency, reliable delivery information, and honest communication. I placed my order on July 18, and all I have received from customer support is the same vague response: “We are checking with the shipping company.” They have not provided any specific delivery date or concrete tracking updates. I ordered a NEWBELLA Marella handbag from Validtion on 25 August 2026 and paid €41.49. As of 12 October, 48 days later, I have received neither the handbag nor a refund. My order page advertises shipping within 5–7 business days. However, tracking remains marked “in transit,” with its last update dated 23 September and the expected delivery date listed as “Unknown.” I contacted customer support on 18 September and again on 3 October, asking for the package’s location, delivery details and a refund if they could not deliver it. On 5 October, they acknowledged that my order had not arrived and that tracking had no updates. They promised to resend it and asked me to wait a few more days. I still have no replacement or new tracking number. The information is contradictory: September tracking updates placed the parcel in Bulgaria, but the October reply said it was still in the exporting country. I have now submitted a dispute through Revolut to try to recover my payment. It has not yet been resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this website. Payment was taken, but I am still waiting for the product or my money back.

I ordered a bag from Valadation and it still hasn’t arrived. Like seriously, what the flip is this? I paid for something and never even received it. It’s honestly ridiculous. If you’re going to sell products, at least make sure your customers actually get what they paid for. I’m really disappointed and I just want my money back. Definitely never ordering from here again. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Still Waiting After More Than a Month! This has been a terrible experience. I have been waiting for my order for more than a month, and I still haven’t received my package. The tracking information has not been updated, and all I have received are excuses and promises that my order will be resent. To make matters worse, more money was taken from my bank account than I expected. This is completely unacceptable and has made me lose trust in this company. Customers should not have to wait this long, worry about their money, and chase customer service just to receive an order they have already paid for. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of a proper solution. I expect a clear explanation for the extra money taken from my account, a full breakdown of the charges, and either delivery of my order or a full refund. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Very poor service, a frustrating experience, and a complete lack of confidence in this company.

I ordered a bag more then a month ago and I contacted the support. They are responsive, but I always get the same answer (we will look it up, sorry, etc.), but NOTHING happens. The tracking ID is definitely a fake one, it says the package is in my country like 10 days ago, but no shipping company has it according to their legit trackers. I'm still waiting but I think I got scammed, nobody should buy anything from that website if they actually want to get their package.

I contacted them multiple times, but I keep getting the same response: “It will be delivered—check with the post office.” I checked with the post office, and they confirmed they do not have the package. The tracking number also appears to be incorrect/different. The PayPal charge shows Riverstns Ceramics Co. Ltd / fmgsiugshop. I am now disputing the charge with PayPal. Very disappointing experience – still no bag or proper response I placed my order on September 4th and paid extra for my bag, but I still have not received it. I contacted customer service to ask where my order is and when I can expect it to arrive, but I have not received a proper answer or a clear update. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I was originally supposed to be charged $45, but $60 was taken from my account instead. I was willing to overlook the price difference, but considering that I still haven’t received my order and cannot get a clear response from customer service, I find the whole experience very disappointing. I have also asked about getting a refund, but I have not been given a proper response or received my money back.
