was confident after reading the great reviews but I would suggest to focus more on CS instead of marketing since I´d assume the priority is to convert the potential clients from the trial. There no a direct channel to write and emails were answered after 2-3 days. No great. So ended up not buying the bot.

As we explained via email, the issue seemed to be that our reply never reached you initially, and you later confirmed it had gone to your spam folder. After that, we offered to schedule a remote desktop session to help you out — something we usually reserve only for clients who’ve purchased a license. You showed interest, but unfortunately, we haven’t been able to reach you again despite trying multiple times through all the contact methods you provided. Just to clarify, we do offer direct support through our website’s user dashboard and also on Telegram, where we’re quick to respond. We’d still love to assist you and hope you’ll get back in touch. I would stay far away from these guys
I would stay far away from these guys. I tried out the PerceptraderAI for a few days, it didn't work out well for me with my broker. I hardly made any trade and when it does, it lost money for me. I tried to initiate a refund, they wanted a virtual session, I don't have time to mess with it because I've already tried all the settings recommended by them. Don't believe their words on refunding with no question ask. I had to initiate a case with PayPal to get them to respond and refund my money.

Your refund request was submitted on a Friday, and by the time our team returned on Monday, a PayPal dispute had already been initiated. Had you waited until business hours resumed, your refund would have been processed without any issues, as it ultimately was. - We have never refused a refund in our many years of business. We pride ourselves on maintaining one of the best reputations in the algorithmic trading industry. - Regarding the product itself, Perceptrader AI has maintained a verified live record of profitable performance since 2018, without a single losing month over 67+ months. However, no trading system can guarantee profits in just a few days, nor can it generate trades constantly. A few days is simply not a fair timeframe to judge any professional trading solution. - The virtual session we offered was intended to help you achieve the best possible setup, not to complicate the process. We genuinely wanted to assist you. While we understand our solution may not have matched your expectations, we believe our actions were fair, professional, and supportive at every step. Bottom line if you don't use the exact…
Bottom line if you don't use the exact same broker for each EA as ValeryTrading expect to get vastly different results. If you can't use their exact broker because you live in country that is excluded by the broker they use for that instrument then you may get drastically different trading results like I did. Q4 of 2024 PAI blew an account (Ox Securities at 500 to 1) that was on essentially the lowest risk setting and GP also had giant drawdowns that were not reflected on the ValeryTrading broker account results. On GP I was having drawdowns 3-10 times larger than ValeryTrading. Different broker different results yes I know, but the results are vastly different not a little. Support stated that I can use demo account on other brokers to verify outcomes, unfortunately that requires an investment of a lot of time to set up and monitor demo accounts for months on multiple brokers to see if one works and $ for the vps account. THIS IS NOT DISCLOSED IN THEIR MARKETING MATERIALS. Multi-Instrument platforms cannot be back tested with the instruments being traded simultaneously therefore leaving you with having to run a demo account probably for at least 6 months to see if the the EA will be profitable on the brokers platform and demo accounts always fill orders unlike real accounts so still a crap shoot. Every thing else was 5 stars the client platform and support

Best customer service and consistent…
Best customer service and consistent profits. Despite the pricier purchase for this EA, it has shown consistent profits of 2%/day throughout its trial and beyond. The best part about waka waka is the prompt replies from its support team and the remote desk support. Thank you Charles and Savell for your efforts in helping me set up the EA and answering all our questions in the various platform.
