I've been completely and utterly blown away by Vala. By far some of the nicest people I've spoken to in the medical field. I spoke to Heather who was wonderful, reassured me so much and I can tell is doing the most she can to help me. This service is wonderful, I can't recommend it enough!

Not great I had cancelled because I went to wrong site and they took my money . I ask for a refund which I have never received. Not great at responding.

Vala Health provide a fantastic service! Not only could I get an appointment really quickly, the service was top quality with an even quicker treatment plan. I'm not sure why you'd bother going to a GP practice anymore.
