Scam. Availability is not actually available. They mark-up prices by about $1000 from owners who have listed their rentals with other sites and then say it’s a “savings”….then will try to sell alternative dates/property. My credit card information is now in jeopardy with this shady company.

We've also requested proof of your inquiry or reservation via Trustpilot, which you have been unable to provide. To address your claims and to clear things up: Prices: VakayMood offers access to unused resort weeks, and our pricing is often lower than retail rates. In some cases, owners may choose to list their rentals on multiple platforms and choose to price them differently based on various factors. No Bait and Switch: We do not “try to sell” anything that isn’t available. If a specific listing becomes unavailable before you book, we will always suggest alternatives. That is basic customer service, not a scam. Credit Card Security: Let’s be very clear. ALL payments are securely processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. VakayMood does not collect or store any credit card information. If you're interested in booking a vacation we’d love for you to actually try VakayMood.
