Title: I invested my hard-earned money in two properties on Vairt: Sweet Water and Colfax. In October 2025, I was informed by Vairt's help line that the Sweet Water property had been successfully sold. Despite months of persistent follow-ups, it is now July 2026, and I have yet to receive a single dime of my payout.To make matters worse, Vairt is completely ghosting me. They are ignoring my calls and refusing to respond to my messages. In an act of clear retaliation, once I sent a formal demand letter requesting my Sweet Water payout, Vairt arbitrarily suspended the monthly dividends on my Colfax property investment.This platform's handling of investor funds is entirely unacceptable. Blocking legitimate payout inquiries and holding one investment hostage over a dispute regarding another raises serious red flags.I am writing this review not just to warn prospective users, but to connect with other Vairt impacted investors. If you are dealing with withheld dividends, unreturned capital, or lack of communication, please reach out. We need to consolidate our efforts, share experiences, and pursue collective legal or regulatory recovery for our investments.

Ideas are very good, intention to stay in Halal way, hard working CEO, and slowly growing. Problem is communication, no set beside the CEO to listen the investor. Eventually CEO as a single person how many calls he can answer! Solution, needs a team sharing the response to the investor for update and ambition for the platform.
