This company's customer "service" is absolutely appalling. They will not answer the phone, and send AI-generated emails, fobbing you off. Don't touch this company with a bargepole - you have been warned .. !

When I received mine, I immediately found that the wireless charger provided didn't work at all. I have a charger of my own, and verified that the vagal unit itself works fine. I contacted support, and got an immediate response (on a Sunday, no less). I replied back right away with details and photos. Since then, it's been radio silence despite multiple additional emails I've sent. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and plenty of time (over two weeks) to respond to make this right, but they've done nothing but provide an initial form response. Now I'll make it my life's purpose to submit negative reviews for this company as far as wide as I can.

The TENS unit is malfunctioning. Its operation is often inconsistent; as a result, the current intensity frequently surges, causing pain. Furthermore, the battery is constantly running out of power.

I received the device and it does not work. I immediately emailed and tried to troubleshoot and they said they would send me a new one. I did not receive the new one and emailed again to receive a refund. Two date I have sent 24 emails with minimal response. I’ve spoken with Ben and Grace all to ignore my emails. Also, when I try to write a review on their website, it will not let me and keeps giving me an error message because it’s one stars. This is a fraudulent company.

Company: Vagal.com I am submitting this complaint to document my experience and to warn other consumers. I purchased a device from Vagal.com that was defective and would not function. Because I urgently needed two working devices, I immediately purchased a second device, believing the company would stand behind its product and replace the first defective unit. Unfortunately, the second device was also defective. I promptly contacted the company and provided multiple videos clearly demonstrating that both devices were nonfunctional. I repeatedly requested assistance, return instructions, or a refund. Despite several attempts to resolve this matter in good faith, I never received return authorization, replacement devices, or any meaningful response. As a result, Vagal.com has retained approximately $800 of my money while I am left with two defective, unusable devices. I made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with the company before sharing my experience publicly. My purpose is to inform other consumers so they can make an informed purchasing decision. I respectfully request a full refund upon return of both defective devices or another fair resolution consistent with basic customer service and consumer protection

Pathetic excuse for customer service. All communication is CLEARLY AI and is entirely unhelpful. My device didn't work and I have tried six times now to get assistance, but the email chains suddenly go silent and the only way to get a response is to submit yet another communication going on their "contact us" page. They refuse to provide me with any actual help and the one time they responded with something adjacent to a solution, they tried to get me to pay $20 to ship the $60 device back to them. I have shown—in video!!!—the device not working and even when they can admit that it doesn't work, they still refuse any form of refund or even to send out another unit. AI is ruining customer service and it will reflect in their sales.

- extra costs at customs - delivered device NOT working: it doesn't even switch on - contact form on website NOT working (needed to claim refund) - NO reply from them after several e-mails CONCLUSION: this must be a scam I will get my money for the purchase back through PayPal. I hope I will also be able to get the customs/taxes back

I never received the item I purchased, despite tracking indicating it was delivered and followed all the requests to look for a missing delivery item. I have requested a refund, but since I am clearly communicating with an AI model, I am not optimistic.
