Absolutely DO NOT hire this company
Absolutely DO NOT hire this company! One of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I was referred to Les by my Timeshare company. He’s rude,poor customer service skills and lazy. You pay him alot of money and he expects you to do all of the work. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or stupidity? Maybe he has ADD? He charged me extra for a mistake “HE” made too. Everything i experienced with him was negative. Having me make copies of the wrong paperwork and on and on. If it wasn’t for me being on top of things my transfer would’ve never been completed!! I honestly question how real his other reviews are. Probably most are family/friends of his or bots. That’s how bad my experience was.

Timeshare transfers can involve unexpected requirements or corrections from resorts or county offices, which can make the process feel frustrating.
