Michele Baird, the voice of the company, made the process very smooth and answered all of my questions everytime we spoke. She even scheduled time for me to talk to the attorney to answer questions. I am very happy with the customer service that I received, which is a very important aspect for me when working with a company. There was no push this button and that button; a brief hold or voice message if she was at lunch. The closure took a bit longer than I anticipated, however Michele explained the reason why. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the outcome.

If you want to get out of your timeshare, I highly recommend VOC. They explain the process very thoroughly and keep you updated through the whole process. Michele was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns. They helped me get out of 2 timeshares. The one I had the longest and really no complaints about but felt it was time to let it go, was settled within months. The 2nd one, the one I got scammed into by another company, took much longer than expected. But they kept me updated the whole time. It took about 5 years, and I'm sure it wasn't VOC's fault, but I'm finally rid of the 2nd timeshare. And even though I was informed it could affect my credit, my credit was not affected at all through the whole process. I highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in the same situation and want to get rid of your timeshare.

About every 90 days, the consultant handling our case would call or email with updates and suggestions as to what or what not to do on our end.
