I did the webinar and was advised that my trip was still guaranteed even without purchasing. Well a week later still no certificate.

Vacabee's Free Holiday Promotion: A False Promise
Vacabee's Free Holiday Promotion: A False Promise
Vacabee's advertised "free holiday" promotion is nothing short of deceptive. The promise of a complimentary vacation is a blatant bait-and-switch tactic. Despite expressing immediate interest, I was unable to secure the promised package. It's clear that Vacabee has no intention of honouring this offer, and their promotion is solely designed to lure in potential customers. Avoid falling for this misleading campaign.
Response from VacabeeOct 22, 2024
Dear Thomas,
We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had, and we want to assure you that this is not the standard we strive for at Vacabee. The "free holiday" promotion is a genuine offer, and we're dedicated to ensuring all our customers receive the benefits we promise.
Unfortunately, due to a technical issue in our system, some certificates were not sent out as expected. We have now resolved the issue and re-sent the certificates. Please check your inbox, and if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we’re committed to making this right. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.
Warm regards,
The Vacabee Team
