Great products , and great customer service would definitely recommend

"Awesome Product, easy to purchase." Easy to use, lovely packaging.

I purchased the Gloreine IPL hair removal device. It is not a good device. I've used it consistently as per the instructions for 7 weeks and it does not work. There is no change in the hair growth. Waste of money.

I love my Lumawave LED mask. Can see the results after a month of use. Really excellent customer service too. I highly recommend.

Like"ripped off customer" previously reviewed. I too tried to cancel the order immediately and was ignored and told it had alreadyshipped. I have received the product today but haven't opened it and advised them of this. They have replied to emails and now I am supposed to give a reason for a refund. I have raised a complaint through PayPal. Please don't use this company!!

I ordered the Hairdryer, as it had good reviews. Unfortunately when it was delivered my dog bit cords into bits as it was dropped over the fence by Driver. I was offered a half price replacement which I declined.Later, I was offered a complete new replacement for free. They were very polite and professional. No complaints, I'm very happy and love the product. Jenny Smith Australia

Product arrived promptly and when surprise mystery gift wasn't included, this was rectified very quickly. Impressed by customer service and aftercare.

I made a mistake with my delivery address. The team and delivery service did an amazing job of assisting. Concise and professional support. Really appreciate it.
