I was charged a full yearly fee, then needed to change my email and they refused to move the account or provide any refund. This was after only a few weeks. I then attempted to cancel the subsciption multiple times and they refused and today I was charged AGAIN a full yearly fee of $379.71 depsite all my emails advising them to close my accounts. Fraudlent company, terrible customer service.

No Refunds. I wanted to try it out for a month ended up with 1 year(UX Pilot wasnt what I was looking for anyways) do not recommend stay away what company doesnt offer refunds if you want to keep customers offer refunds but this company is not in it for the clients in it for themselves stay away. what a waste of $200. not coming back after this terrible company

I was charged EUR 19 for a billing cycle while my account was on the Free Plan. Customer support rejected my refund request citing their no-refund policy, despite the fact that no paid service was available to me during that period. This was the second billing issue I experienced. Initially, I subscribed to the Standard Plan, which listed “Document-to-Design” on the pricing page. When I tried to use it, I was told it was a Pro-only feature. Support confirmed this and provided several workarounds, none of which worked. They then did not respond to my follow-up for an extended period, until I sent a firmer message with a deadline and outlined next steps. Only then was the issue escalated, and my plan was upgraded to Pro at no extra cost. However, this Pro access was limited to one month and was followed by a downgrade to Free without prior notice. In the next billing cycle, I was charged for Standard again despite my account being on Free. I first requested a refund, as no service was provided during that billing period. This was refused. I then asked to be upgraded to Pro again, referring to the previous resolution. I did not receive any response. As a final step, I initiated a transaction dispute through my bank, after which a refund was processed within an hour. The support then closed the ticket with the message: “You are on Free Plan, if you want Pro, consider upgrading.” If you're considering subscribing, be aware that advertised features may not match actual availability, billing issues may occur, and resolving them may require persistent follow-up.

A scam, signed up for a test, cancelled immediately and they kept silently charging every month.

Struggles with the most basic of edits/requests. Sometimes it amazes me with what it can accomplish, but at least 50% of the time it amazes me with how bad it is.. just really tough to depend on it as an everyday tool unfortunately.

Signed up for monthly was charged for annual - Zero usage after upgrade - support response was ridiculous. They had us and then they lost us with billing practices. What a shame!

Garbage! Paid 19 bucks from day 11 Tried to upload images of my design to use as a guide to build, and then I was told I needed to upgrade to a PREMIUM subscription or buy credits! Wasted 19 bucks on trash and didn't get a lick done! Trash! Don't buy it is a waste of money!

Not production ready!!! we worked on design for several days just to discover it all disappear. Support team isn't responsive so don't expect to get anything there. Later on we made a team plan thinking we could collaborate - apparently it means nothing - only taking more money. bottom line - this is a nice tool to play around and get some ideas but if you need to actually deliver some work - go back to Figma. NOT PRODUCTION READY!!!!
