This company is a FRAUD! The wig I ordered is a horrible, synthetic nightmare. I look like I belong in a 70s R&B group. Do not purchase anything from them!

Useless bunch. Do not buy from them. Very late delivery after being chased numerous times. Never get a straight answer and the quality of the wig is questionable at best. You may also be liable for import duties as they cannot get that right and again no response to emails and no refund (one year on). Awful seller and MUST BE AVOIDED. UPDATE 19.04.21. Despite the seller reaching out, after 2 years, my review still stands. Not convinced that all the bad reviews were wrong and should have been for a different company! Appears to be an ill advised attempt to get rid of bad reviews.

UPDATE: After a million years, this website decided to reply (today on 17th April, 2021) to a review which I wrote in 2018, claiming I reviewed the wrong site. Please, don't fall for this. THE WEBSITE IS THE SAME pretending to have a similar name. They just SLIGHTLY CHANGED THE NAME of the website, and its design, then made a few updates. PLEASE, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LITTLE TRICK. .... I ordered Indian Remy human hair and what I got in my letter box was a cheap plastic wig that is not even good enough for theatre.The material was synthetic with a very dull colour, I contacted the company SEVERAL TIMES telling them I was not amused and wanted a refund. They offered to make me a new wig, asking me to pay an extra price for it. I totally refused because THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD PAY EXTRA MONEY TO HAVE A NEW WIG WHEN THE FAULT WAS THEIRS, AND NOT MINE. Besides, I made it clear to them that if they did not do it right in the first place, there was no way I could trust them again to do it right the second time. They kept insisting that the wig was “nice” and "human hair" when I know that even Steve Wonder can see that the wig is a cheap plastic and not worth the 81 British Pounds which I paid. Fortunately for me, I paid with credit card and my bank retrieved the full amount. Please, be warned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They pretend to be English with a UK website and English names, but their English language is pathetic (thanks to Google translate), and their 'Becky' is probably some phoney guy or gal pretending to be professional.

There was no ZERO option, so I gave it one star. It is worth NO stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are frauds. The wig is NOT the same wig as in the photo. And it is NOT human hair. I wasted over £150 on a piece of crap that I threw in the garbage. Don’t bother mailing it back. The company is in CHINA, and they require you to use tracking in order to get a refund. So, not only are you paying for International Shipping to China, you are paying for tracking! This cost will be as much as the wig itself! I filed a report with PayPal, and I settled for a small refund. This is after repeated emails from the company pleading with me to dye it, to have a hairstylist style it, to cut it, etc—THEY REFUSED TO BELIEVE I DID NOT WANT THE RATTY WIG! ALL I WANTED WAS A REFUND! They insisted it was HUMAN HAIR, when in reality, it was SYNTHETIC RUBBISH. I couldn’t even dye it, which proves it is synthetic. KEEP EMAILING THIS COMPANY AND MAYBE WE CAN START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. They are FRAUDS!

NOT AT ALL AS DESCRIBED! Not at all like the video, NOT human hair, NO lace front and No dark roots for the more natural look. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star!

I ordered a full lace wig from this company. What I received was not even the wig I ordered. It didnt have lace, combs, & it had a permanent part in the middle. Kept offering me a percentage off to keep it or I had to pay shipping to return. This company is a scam!

Scam and fraudulent company. They are Chinese using English names speaking broken English. Still waiting for a refund nearly after 3 months of waiting. PayPal are the middleman so maybe I will be successful.
