Oh wow, are these people scamming the public! They have delivered nothing. In almost a year! I don't care that it was a Kickstarter project, they took my money in exchange for a mask. It took so long, I contacted them and told them I was moving, and wanted to change my address. They asked me to email it. I did so, and later they claimed that email was not a good way to get information to them! They then sent the mask to my old address, and now want me to pay postage to have it "re" delivered to my new address. Many people have received nothing, or received a very shoddy product. Do not waste your money. Trademarks for UM Systems, its products, and technology, were not registered until July 2020, according to the United States Patent and Trade Office (USPTO). UM Systems’ CEO, Boz Zou, claims that he has been at the company since 2016 on his LinkedIn profile. However, Boz’s Twitter account makes no mention of UM Systems until June 2020. Instead, Boz’s Tweets since 2016 mostly include news about Bitcoin. Boz’ Tweets in 2018 also link to several articles (many self-published) that say Boz works for different companies including Thingfy, Health Wallace, and his own company BOZ UX. I find it unlikely that Boz would be the CEO of a company for four years, yet make no mention of it. Measure, Inc. is registered as a business in Colorado. The Registered Agent for the company is Panfeng Xiang, who is also listed as a founder on Measure, Inc’s website. However, the address for the company, 1130 7th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631, is a self-storage company that is most likely just used to collect mail."

This company is a sham and nothing but a scam. They have swindled millions from multiple "crowd sourcing" platforms and have failed on multiple levels. First they did not meet any of their advertised deadlines. Second they would not honor requests for refunds after months of failed deadlines and no product ever being delivered. For those that did get a product it was unusable and a safety hazard in itself. Chinese based company posing as an American company to scam people worldwide. Stay away and do not buy any product from them or any other associated companies. Had to file numerous complaints with various government entities..such as as the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible products, horrible company do not buy anything from them. They repeatedly lied about the product they marketed, they covered up issues with the mask and then they refused to honor the 30 day guarantee. The mask that they created are trash and are not even usable.

highway robbery. this is a clear in your face scam. product does not work. hard to breathe. noisy. does not work at all. stay away from kickstarter and indiegogo backing projects from UMSystem. fraudulent company. unreliable product. disgusting. ZERO STAR RATING ALL THE WAY!!!!

I wanted it to be great! It seemed great. The videos and documentation seemed legit. Alas it was not. It took months and months to arrive. When it did, the product was like a parody of what I was promised. A teeny tiny stiff mask arrived. The fan sounded like a dollar store fan on its last legs. I couldn’t speak though it because I couldn’t open my mouth without jostling the entire mask around the thick mask and useless air circulation and filter system simply did not work. On top of it all, I couldn’t breath. I’m an endurance athlete, I have great lung function. I wear KN95 masks all day at work. I’ve worn the best and crappiest masks through the pandemic. This was like strapping a coffee mug to my face with flimsy silicone straps and trying to draw breath through a couch cushion behind a screen door. Don’t buy this. There are support groups on Facebook dedicated to helping people get a refund through various channels. This company guaranteed satisfaction and then reneged and changed their fine print. They won’t honour refunds unless product is returned unopened in original factory packaging and try to get people to agree to that just to access the return portion of their website. Trust me This isn’t just a mask that didn’t fit me properly that I’m mad about. This is NOTHING like what was described on the websites and crowdfunding sites. This mask wouldn’t even work for sawdust. My visa has issued a chargeback for me with no issue because what I was sold wasn’t what I was promised.

This Scam started on Kickstarter to then move onto Indiegogo. After several delays of delivery (from October to late February/March), the product received wasn't even remotely what promised. The key features don't exist at all i.e.: 1- there is no breathability through any kind of filters, from the pm 2.5 to the n99 *which the company sells*, I can't breathe even without filters, without shells with my hand pushing the mask on. There is no way this is usable at all. 2- The company suggested to take out the exhaling filter, compromising one of the biggest selling point of the mask "double way protection" 3- The positive air pressure is nothing but a promise, the fan makes no difference whatsoever and there is no positive pressure. 4- While backing there was (as part of the pledge) a 30 days money back if no 100% satisfied policy, UM System (the company that produces this scam) changed after the fact their idea about it, saying that they didn't have the possibility to offer a refund and that kickstarter is not a store. Too bad that people are not so stupid and they have internet now. This is fraud, obviously you can't change the policies after the purchase. Therefore after many people reported this to their financial institutions and Colorado Attorney General, this started to blow up and UM System started to offer a fake reimbourse. 5- The reimbourse is considered fake because you have to fill a form, too bad that upon in depth review of this form, it turns out that makes you accept to wave your previous rights if you accept to use it, and makes them able to refuse to give you your money back and give you store credit instead (which is useless because you won't buy anything again from this store). 6- After all the reports and the criminal activity on their part, UM System Lawyers have been in contact with the Colorado Attorney General and started to give out refunds without using that form (even though they still try to enforce it in order to do damage control and loose less money... if they find the chicken.... ). There would be SOOOOO much more to say, this Odyssey is so long that you could write a book, here are just the main facts of the past 9 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS.
