Thank you for the review. The customer provided the partial information. Our warehouse made a mistake, it's right! However, our customer response was very fast, we took all the responsibility for the mistake and sent the new case to the customer within the 24 hours with the standard shipping. Customer provided totally incorrect information about the 2+2= 4 days issue processing time. We received her inquiry on 14.03.18 in the same day the package was ready for the UPS and picked up. Our customer support team reacted very fast and sent the new case within 24 hours 2. We sent the new case totally for FREE 3. We sent the new case and paid for the shipping from our pocket and didn't require the customer to pay for it. 4. We did NOT require to return the previous case, so the customer even now keeps 2 cases, even one that she/he didn't pay for. 5. According to the UPS the new case will be received by the customer within 5 business days. 6. Customer doesn't want to understand that this is an e-commerce industry and the physical products and the mistakes can happen even in the best ecommerce or shopping companies. 7. Customer doesn't want to understand that we aren't a shipping carrier and we cannot expedite their services or manage them. And 5 business days is not slowest shipping. Other businesses and companies, keep far away from the customer Becca Ransford or Rebecca Ransford! Rebecca, please don't do business with our company anymore! Wish you to have a better experience with other companies which will for sure require to return the product first and won't ship another product until they receive the first one back.

The customer didn't provide any pieces of evidence or official respond from the UPS. Only the words! We will provide the facts: 1. The customer provided this shipping address on his order: 50 W Washington St.Indianapolis IN 46204 He is even not living at this address. And he was there only 1 day on the Thanksgiving. He lives at this address: 1024 Bannock St., Denver, CO 80204. 2. The package had been delivered by UPS and not USPS to the shipping address provided by the customer (but the customer doesn't live there). UPS tracking number shows that it had been delivered https://prnt.sc/hgj904 and here https://wwwapps.ups.com/etracking/tracking.cgi?InquiryNumber1=92748999937409543401474825&TypeOfInquiryNumber=T&AcceptUPSLicenseAgreement=yes&submit=Track 3. The customer told that the tracking is not valid. But it was valid and shows that it had been delivered. 4. Our team helped him a lot from Replacement offer until the Refund. Our support team wanted to send him a new case, but he refused it and told that he already has another case product. 5. Our support team refunded the money even in the situation that we delivered the product. 6. Take into consideration, that the "DELIVERED" status had been provided by the 3rd party service UPS. The UPS Post Carrier is the only prove between us and the customer. We don't manage UPS or their decisions. 7. We re-checked everything and noticed that our team made everything possible in order to help to Alex Waley. And even refunded him. We really don't know what we could do more than we did. Other businesses and companies, keep far away from the customer Alex Waley! Alex, please don't do business with our company anymore!
