Purchased a code for "GET OUT," which didn't work. Soon after I tried to contact them, they issued a statement to all who purchased the movie, saying it was the studio's fault. Later that day, they sent me a replacement code, which did not work. They apologized for that and sent me a third code, which also did not work. I finally requested a refund for this movie, and they have not responded in three days. I'm off to Paypal to issue a complaint and demand a refund.

Bought a movie, successfully took my money, did not send me a code. Filed a claim with PayPal. They have also oversold/fake codes. I have 2 codes that i cannot redeem. I contacted customer NOsupport over 13 days ago. Have yet to get a response.

Paid for a movie last night still waiting for the code. I have sent multiple emails to support with any responses, will be contacting PayPal to get refund.
