It would be nice to have a 24hr system so you won’t have to wait as long if you’re in a lot of pain

I suffer chronic UTIs and it's never a mystery when one decides to strike and they don't go away on their own and usually warrant a trip to urgent care (and an inevitable lecture about things I already do to prevent them). I was visiting a friend and unfamiliar with the area so seeing a doctor would have been difficult. The online consult was double than I'd pay at urgent care with my insurance, but after 2 hours of filling the survey I got a call from what sounded like a bored call center employee running through a list of questions. He said I definitely sounded like I had a UTI and sent out a prescription for 3 days of Sulfamethoxazole which I have never taken before but it wasn't expensive so it wasn't too bad. There are a lot of scary reviews of this antibiotic on other websites but if you get UTIs you know you'd do ANYTHING to get rid of that pain, so I took the risk and my UTI cleared up within 2 days and nothing terrible happened to me. I think this site is a good option if you're in the situation I was in or have lacking or no insurance, but I kind of wonder if the site is a pharmaceutical plant to sell unpopular medication. I got the vibe they were going to diagnose me no matter the specifics. If you suspect you have anything more than a very uncomplicated UTI, go to a regular doctor or urgent care. And look into D-Mannose as a urinary health supplement for prevention! I probably got my UTI in the first place because I forgot to bring it on my trip.

After reading reviews on this site after I had already purchased this service, I was crying, too anxious to go to sleep. I thought I had just wasted $60 on this site just to get scammed. Maybe it’s the location where everyone else lives, but my location in Texas saved my butt! I didn’t want to make an appointment at the doctors then have to explain to my mom why I was going. I found the site online, placed my order and received a call the next morning. 2 hours later, I picked up my prescription! I just got it today and can’t wait for my UTI to finally be gone next week. The site worked for me and I wish you all the best.
