Wish I could leave no stars! I placed my order on Friday and no call. Called customer service and confirmed my number. They told me that since I placed the order late (around 7pm) I’d be getting a call on Saturday. All morning on Sat no call. Spoke to Jess who apologized and said someone would be calling soon. Waited all day and no call. Called Sunday and spoke to Jess again. All of a sudden they had a different phone number for me. She tells me this was the number from my questionaire which is a lie! I’ve never had a phone number with area code 224. I cancelled and requested a refund. Don’t bother with these people! So annoyed that I wasted my time and now my symptoms are worst. I’ll NEVER use them again.

THIS IS A SCAM. The doctor never called and I certainly didn’t get a prescription. I have been trying to contact customer services to get a refund and have been unable to get through to anyone! Terrible service! Don’t throw away your money - go to see a REAL doctor. They’re taking advantage of people who need help.

Paid my money AND spoke to the doctor. I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 mins to an hour... When I arrived at the pharmacy there was no record of a prescription ever being called in. I spoke to customer service and nothing can be done tonight as all the doctors have left for the day. Complete waste of time and money.

So I woke up in the wee hours with a UTI. I was on vacation so I wanted an easy solution to my very uncomfortable issue and with amazement I came upon this UTItreatment website. I thought it was too good to be true and sadly I was correct in my assumption. I followed the simple instructions on the website and placed my order. I then waited by the telephone for over 3 hours and never received a call or email. My patience was running out and my condition was getting worse so I finally called customer service. The kind women who answered researched my case and politely explained that because of an issue with an address I provided my case was not being processed. I couldn’t believe that I was not notified immediately so to rectify the problem. So I’m sitting at home in pain waiting for a phone call that was never coming. I cannot stress strongly enough how frustrated and miserable I was to learn that nobody cared that I was home suffering. (I cancelled my order and now am waiting for a refund to be credited to my account. The money was promptly removed from my account but I must wait days for a credit to be issued. ) I was feeling so miserable and faced with, needing to go to an urgent care facility nearby or giving the UTItreatment website another try I made the decision to call them back and rectify the address. I spoke to another customer service person who could reopen my case but, to my astonishment, I would go to the bottom of the list and needed to wait another few hours for it to be reviewed. I couldn’t believe that this was an appropriate way to handle my situation being that I had already waited for over three hours and needed to call them to find out I wasn’t being helped ! I asked to speak to a supervisor but one could not be located. I made the decision to go to the local urgent care and write a scathing review of this website. The customer service was deplorable for any company but the fact that they are dealing with people in pain who need medical assistance is inexcusable. I hope my review prevents other optimistic patients from being mistreated. I never write reviews but this time I felt it was very important to warn others who need timely medical help.

I don’t know where to begin, but let me start by saying this website is a SCAM. SCAM, SCAM!!! I placed my request before 8am because I was having symptoms of UTI the night before. I waited& waited. 11 AM came, no one called. I called them, told me oh u didn’t choose which pharmacy. Then 5 pm came,still no one called. I called again, they said oh u missed 2 digits of your phone#. I waited another 2 hrs.still no call. I look at my CC. They already charged me!! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!!! I went online and see there’s a website where they have good reviews but I see it’s a FAKE website!! Not real Customers!! Now I’m disputing this charge! And I’m going to file at Business Bureau.

SCAM. Long story short, after numerous phone calls to their customer service and my pharmacy, they never got my prescription in, yet I still had to pay the $59. My pharmacy never had any record of the prescription.

SCAM!!! Called at 7:30pm --- no return call. Received an email the next morning after getting to work saying they couldn't call in a prescription because there was something wrong with the pharmacy I had chosen which was on their list closest to me. Called them directly around 10:00am and gave them another pharmacy. Emailed and told them to cancel - nope had to cancel within 1 hour of filling out application. Dr. finally called me at approx 3:40pm this afternoon!!!! No you cannot help me because I have already been to the pharmacist! I would really like my $$$ back but good luck with that right!!! I guess the next stop is BBB! Do not use this company!!!!!

This is a scam! When you have a uti time is of the essence. By the time someone finally called me I had already seen another doctor. When I tried to get a refund for not using there services I was told there were no refunds after an hour of paying. Which it does not say that in the terms and conditions. Do not use this site.
