Took their service because of the cost advantage and to support local businesses.
Our data on their SSDs got corrupt here automatically.
Lost all data. Company has no snapshot to restore. They restarted the server or it restarted on its own!
Onboarding and Support persons come up with stories and talk round and round without addressing the problem. Rather, they will make you feel that they are doing you a favor but offered meaningless remediation .
Stay away. We lost money and data both!

These guys are literally scammers
These guys are literally scammers. When you try to get service from them, they will just stop your service and just say, "You stop my service." They just give a downtime of your service like 42 hours and more and completely the business goes down directly due to them.
They are literally using a completely abusive way to provide the service.

UTHO FALSE PROMISES NOT MATURE FOR PRODUCTION USAGE
Extremely disappointing experience. Would not recommend Utho for any serious or production-level use.
I switched to Utho hoping to support the "vocal for local" initiative and reduce my cloud costs. But within a few days, I deeply regretted the decision. Instead of solving problems, Utho created critical, high-risk issues that almost took my entire system down.
Here’s what went wrong:
Unreliable Storage (EBS): Without warning, my VPS went into read-only mode. Basic Linux commands like htop, sudo, reboot, and even PM2 stopped working. The system was practically frozen, and I had no control or recovery tools.
Filesystem Corruption: I ran fsck and got journal recovery and superblock errors. The server couldn’t even access logs or binaries due to I/O errors. I did nothing wrong on my end the system just broke.
No Alerts or Monitoring: Utho provided zero warning. No monitoring, no alerts the platform failed silently, leaving me in the dark until I logged in and found everything broken.
Random Recovery, No Explanation: The server started working again on its own a few hours later, which is even more concerning. There was no explanation, no logs, and no confidence that it wouldn’t break again.
Lost Confidence Overnight: I had to urgently migrate back to my previous cloud provider overnight just to avoid downtime. Thankfully, my old provider has been rock-solid running for 2+ years continuously with zero such issues.
Don’t Fall for the Pricing Trap: Utho might be cheaper on paper, but the cost of instability, lost time, and emergency migration far outweighs any savings. Cheap infrastructure that randomly breaks is not a bargain it’s a liability.
Final Verdict:
Stay away from Utho for production systems. It’s unreliable, poorly supported, and clearly not battle-tested. I gave it a fair try and it nearly took my business down. I’m back on my old platform, and I won’t be risking Utho again.

Worst cloud provider
Worst cloud provider. When you create a cloud instance (even with hourly rate), they will instantly billed you for whole month. Even if you delete the instance within hour, you will still need to pay for whole month. This is a pure loot on the name of fully "Made in India" service.
Though they don't have their own cloud infrastructure, they just resell Amazon AWS cloud by putting their fake company logo on it. That's why promise of 60% less price compared to others is a pure deception stunt. They will not give you the performance they promises.

Dishonest Company
They advertise for GPU instance but when already signup (which require small payment or add credit card) the dashboard say it in BETA not avaliable for use. They get all my personal information that too bad.
