Doesn’t work anymore from the UK… Service use to work well doing exactly what was described. Now you can’t load from the UK, there’s no workarounds and no information about when they’ll be fixing it and its been over 5 months with them still charging the monthly fee reducing my balance every month.

Insane pricing, constant "maintenance fees" for literally nothing.

This service was a beacon of hope for shoppers, offering quick, efficient, and reliable transactions that seemed almost too good to be true. However, as the story goes, a dark cloud descended upon the kingdom. For nearly a year, I, a humble resident of Denmark, found myself unable to top up my card. The reason? US Unlocked had decided to part ways with the only payment option available to many EU residents, including myself. It was a puzzling decision, akin to a baker deciding to stop selling bread in a town full of hungry villagers. Undeterred, I sought the aid of the support team, hoping for a fairy godmother to wave her wand and solve my dilemma. Alas, the responses I received were as helpful as a frog in a ball gown. Despite my pleas for assistance, the support team seemed content to brush off my concerns with a wave of their virtual hand. In my desperation, I reached out to Ian, hoping that a knight in shining armor would come to my rescue. His reassurances that the "higher-ups are on it" were as comforting as a cup of hot cocoa on a winter's day. Yet, as the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, I began to wonder if the higher-ups had gotten lost on their way to the payment partner. In conclusion, while US Unlocked may have once been a fairy-tale service, recent events have left much to be desired. Here's hoping that they can find their happily ever after and once again be the shining beacon of online shopping that they once were.

TOTAL FAKE! 6 USD per month "maintenance fees"?!?!?!? are you kidding? looks like this company live is medieval age... i would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. unfortunately, i have deposited there 100 USD less then year ago for further purchases, but never used it so far... well, how much does it hold right now? quess... 51 USD ))))) they do very hard job by keeping my balance... so they charged me half of my deposit for their hard job!!!! NEVER NEVER again i'd use this service. now trying to find a way to w/draw my money but nothing works... at least paypal even doesn't pass verification for their card! my verdict: STAY AWAY from these thiefs...

Please don't use this website they are scammers they cannot refund my money and make my us unlocked account 0 and now they cannot refund my money from 2 months please be aware

This company took money meant for a virtual credit card and held it. They still have not released the funds many years later. I have attempted communication with them and was told to ask the government for the money. The website still shows "pending deposit" and the exact amount they still hold...5 years later. I have no idea how this is still a functioning company as they have taken my money and through no explanation will not provide the service I paid for.

Does not accept costumers outside the U.S. anymore and hasn't done for a long time which makes their whole existence meaningless. Use Statescard instead. Much more serious.
