Great customer service. Quick response by email. They helped me get the channels I wanted that I didn't think I could get.

Simply the best service for the quality of channels you get, ESPN and ESPN 2 are appreciated at such a low rate, and love AMC, and Laff, as well as Discovery and all the locals ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, CW, My Network TV.........simply having a blast with this service, best I've ever used and thanks for the great savings, no one can beat this quality of a lineup price wise

My credit card had expired and I was notified by USTV that payment had been turned down. I updated my payment info but still did have access to the streams. I emailed and in less than 10 minutes service was restored. I was very pleased at the prompt and efficient action that was taken by USTVNOW. In the past any inquiry or problem was handled in the same manner......instantly.

An ongoing problem with my monthly renewal. It's weird but we seem to have figured it out and the people at USTVNOW couldn't be more helpful.

I rarely write positive reviews here, but these guys deserve it. I’ve been with USTV for a while now. The livestream works seamlessly and the DVR is near flawless. Very reasonable prices for the basic channels. Also, they have a fantastic support team who always reply my to emails within minutes. Keep up the great service USTV.

Whenever I have any specific problem, the USTVNOW team gets in touch with me immediately and my problems are solved efficiently and quickly.

I've used USTVnow twice in different countries as an expat. Love the service! Highly recommended.
