We have had USTV now for years. Just added back the DVD. It’s working really well.

My wife and I retired to and have lived in Costa Rica for the past 12 years. Although I am fluent in Spanish, I still prefer to receive English-speaking programs and news. USTVNOW has done a great job of providing this service. Yes, there is a fee, but it's worth it to us to keep in touch with what's happening in the States.

This customer service is by far the best i have ever dealt with. Took care of the issue very quickly. But most of all, kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you to all that helped this retired Vet…

The service is wonderful, if any problem arises, solution is prompt. I have been a user for several years and I've had an excellent experience.

The customer service department reacted swiftly to my problem. Responded within 10 minutes and provided periodic updates on the progress of solving the problem. When it took longer than expected to solve they provided an alternate site to allow me to continue watching. They are responsive, courteous and professional.

we have watching USTVNOW for over 15 years. we love their personal service. although we rarely experience a problem, when they occur they address it immediately and we always get responses promptly.
