US TilesReviews of ustiles.com

Suspicious of such a good price, but also eager to save $$ on a large tile order. Tried US Tiles with no issues personally. Took a minute to ship, but so would the competitors. No broken tile so far (checked 85-90%) but there is some tile glued to cardboard to prevent breakage it seems and it’s a bit tricky to clean off. that said - for the price and selection, I’d pick US Tiles over for my next tile projects without hesitation. I’d rather have to clean glue/cardboard off a tile than deal with 10% broken tile. wanted to leave a good review because I was hesitant after reading some critical reviews of the company - but mostly wanted to personally prioritize best price, which this was a no brainer for.

From when I walked into their store to choose the tiles till the tiles ware installed was less than a week, the experience I had with them was next level never had such good experiences with a store like US TILES

My recent experience with US Tiles has been truly pleasurable. Their huge selection of tiles and great customer service has truly enhanced my experience.

Ordered some tile due to local company fire. US tile indicated when contacted that it was in stock and would ship within 3 business days. Many days later, and after I contacted them, they indicated it would in a few days. 3 boxes of tile arrived and 2 of the boxes have all tiles broken. Requested refund of 2 of the boxes or replacement. Was told they don't refund but would replace. I asked if it could be expedited and they indicated they do not expedite and I would be contacted when it ships. 5 days later I was finally told it would ship and await confirmation. 4 days after that it still hasn't shipped. I continue to wait and can't complete project.

Just an amazing company to work with! Enormous selection! Responsive customer service!

Beautiful tiles, and well packaged US Tiles has some of the best looking tile out there for creating truly custom work. The great thing is you can call and talk to a real human. Their customer service is like what we had 30 or more years ago. Prices are worth the beauty of the tiles, love it

3/9 of my boxes of tiles were broken on delivery, and another 3 were the wrong tile completely. unhelpful customer service said they had to process the delivery in order to tell me when they could get me a replacement, could not expedite for me and says it "usually" takes 7-10 days. not good enough when I have been waiting 2 weeks already.

Overall 5 star experience! Best customer service swift delivery at an amazing price!
