Don’t waste your money
Very engaged when you want to purchase but after spending £420 on new dress they were awful. The side panel pattern doesn’t match the front or back and looks awful. Now apologises for this fact, but had I have known from the start, I would not have ordered Don’t waste your money Oh and sent to the wrong address. Told me I would have to pay £15 to readdress through their mistake. So much hastle to pick my order up. Reading review they don’t want to engage if you pursue a refund. If I could put a picture on of what the design was offered and what we got I would. The reply is a lie. At no point did they imply that what the design was wouldn’t be what we got. Why would you order. I have tried to get resolution through the Better Business Bureau and USsports would not reply.

The designs displayed on our website and the final proof sent to you for approval clearly indicated that the patterns were not intended to be matched or aligned. Your request for a 50% refund based on the assumption that the patterns should match is not justified. As for the shipping matter, after dispatch you advised that the delivery address had changed. We immediately contacted FedEx to assist with the update, and while they approved the change, a processing fee was applied directly by FedEx, not by us. We have provided clarification on both matters and trust this explanation offers full transparency regarding the process.
