Paige was amazing! She kept in loop the whole time ! I was nervous as my horse was upset in the trailer and she kept checking on him and me. Clone recovery towed my trailer with one tow truck and then towed my dually to my home with another tow truck. Both drivers were wonderful. For a terrible situation USRider and Clone recovery made me feel at ease !

Seems like the lady that answered the call was having trouble finding out where I was? Sometimes people do not know exactly where they are but doesn't cell towers confirm???

I was so impressed with the rep who answered the phone. They knew by my phone number who I was and he was ready to help. For me I just used my last spare, it was a Sunday and I was worried about the next 12 hours left of the drive not having a spare. He asked my route and called me back that he found 11 tires at a shop in Empress KS. We pulled in and the shop was expecting us. They had us all set in about 20 minutes.

I was in the middle of New Mexico with a trailer load of hay when I had 2 blown-out tires on the flatbed. I called USRider and spoke to Rechelle. She sent roadside assistance out immediately. She also stayed over her quitting time to be assured that I was back on the road. This is the first time I have had to use USRider and Rechelle's service was fantastic and "spot-on"! Had a tire blow out on my horse trailer. Couldn't believe how quickly they were there to fix my problem. All the people involved were very supportive and helpful.

We have utilized your service 3 times now. Each time the service was outstanding! One time especially we were stranded on I-40 w a horse on board, tow vehicle inoperable and at a narrow busy freeway spot w semis roaring by rocking the trailer. It was frightening!!! You not only got there quickly w 2 tow trucks, but reservations were made for truck repair as well as a horse motel where we stayed while our truck was repaired. Within a few hours we and my horse were settled in and comfortable at a very nice horse property. Thank you!!!
