When I placed the order it stated that…
When I placed the order it stated that it'll be delievered the next day. I checked and it never got delieved. Then I got an email with the link for payment which I immediately posted the payment. And only come to find out the shipping is not until 17 days from the date I placed my order. And that is only the shipping date not the actual delievery date. I'm extramly disappionted. After I reviewed your reply. I just went online today 9/10/26 and saw that if I were to place an order today the estimated delievery is 9/14/26 but I ordered on 9/6/26 and my order est delievery is 9/23/26?

Nowhere on our website does it say next-day delivery. You ordered a CBU with custom numbering the lead time clearly states 2 weeks. I am sorry for any misunderstanding, but next-day delivery has never been an option, especially on a custom order.

You didn't enter a shipping to state, so our system didn't calculate sales tax on your order. You were sent an invoice for the missing sales tax.

I ordered a replacement part for my…
I ordered a replacement part for my mailbox that cost $28.00, that maybe are worth $10.00. The replacement part did not work. Also charged $20.00 for postage. $5.00 would of covered the piece that was sent. Called the company to return the part that did not work and was told I would need to cover the cost of sending back and also a restocking fee. That is so wrong. For a mailbox costing $400.00 you would think there would be a lifetime warranty. So dissatisfied.

Don, I have reviewed your order. There must have been some miscommunication. Your order has custom-engraved door ID numbers. The lead time for the custom numbers is 3-4 weeks. The 10-14 days lead time that you were given was for standard number plates. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
