The ease of ordering the new boxes for our apartments was amazing! They even arrived earlier than expected. They supplied us with delivery instructions, and the first shipment we were unable to sign for (due to no fault of theirs). When I called Customer Support, they were amazing in assisting me with when to expect the new ones. When the new ones arrived, I was thrilled with how beautiful they are, but I couldn't find the keys. So I called back and they gladly told me where to find them. It's so refreshing to get support so friendly and quickly from a company these days!

I had a couple of questions regarding the pedestal that I needed to replace and Lance was outstanding in providing me the support I needed! He knew his stuff and answered all my questions & concerns to my full satisfaction! Then I ordered what I needed easily and quickly.
