the process for deliver and communication was great and easy. The only issue we encounter is that the keys were labeled with the wrong numbers.

The IP keys don’t work plus the the door locks are not open and close plus the door number are in the center and not on the left side of the door is there any way that you could change it please thank you very much

Quick delivery, easy installation. One of the box doors is too tight and won’t open easily.

The specific model was not easy to find initially. The actual order was like am I really sure this is what i WANTED. Once finalized the process was seemless from the purchasers viewpoint.

Ordering the item was straight forward but I was given two delivery dates where it was not delivered. I was called to advise on the first delivery date between 10-3pm. Was not delivered. I ended up calling dominion and was given another delivery date with a window 1-5pm. Was not delivered. I tracked the delivery and it was showing in transit. Few days later I checked tracking and saw it was out for delivery. I was called when the truck was in the area and it was delivered that day 04/03/2023. The driver could not get it through the door of our maintenance room so left it outside for us to break down. All in the delivery experience was a little frustrating but I'm glad we have a new mailbox.

I'm giving just a 4 as I have not received the devises as of yet. We ordered two 20 unit boxes and the delivery was 7 weeks. This is not a problem as it we were made full aware of this prior to order. I would have more than likely given 5 stars as the experience so far has been great, but the survey was set to expire and I know comment is helpful.
