Overall I'm very happy with the plants I received. A couple were really very small and I felt overpriced for the size.

This was my first time ordering from this company. My plants arrived healthy and they were packaged very well (the best I've ever seen for a plant shipment). I was missing one plant from my order. However, after I notified them about their mistake, they sent me the plant right away. I'm very happy with my plants and the great customer service. I will be ordering again.

The service was superb this summer. The downgrade to 4 stars was for the impossibility of placing an order and for the impossibility of communicating with the nursery starting later last year and continuing throughout the spring.

I received someone else's order, and when I called, I was told to "keep it", and my order would be sent the following week. Unfortunately, a number of plants in the mis-shipped order were not suitable for my property, so i planted them in a nearby park with wet areas. My shipment arrived as promised, all my plants looked great, and I thought the packing and shipping was excellent on both orders.
