The premium membership is the greatest value for really growing my small business. The sales contracts add professionalism and protection to both the customer and the business. The corporate forms really help us stay organized as our LLC grows!

US legal forms has been a great help to me and my business I’m a general contractor who specializes in large custom homes in commercial building also subcontracting for other general contractors and builders, and these forms have helped me be able to download any legal form that is related to the business or the scope of work. I am performing for a homeowner a business owner or another general contractor. they are easy to print. They are very reasonable on price and has a 12 month monthly payment which is very nice and I would recommend to any business owner to have this complete package and the E sign option. Thank you legal forms for all your help.

The web site was confusing and I felt that It mispresented what a month subscription costs. It suggests signing up, 8 dollars monthly, then download the item you want, then cancel the subscription. It was like a bate and switch. Found out that the monthly subscription was actually 40 dollars BEWARE

Janice hi! Apologies if the interface was confusing for you! As you can see here (https://www.uslegalforms.com/pricing/), the switcher between monthly and annual options is right above the plans and is highlighted in orange. It also specifically indicates the saving % when you decide in favor of an annual plan. We've tested multiple options, actually, and these design and color choice seemed to be the most obvious one. If you, as a user/visitor, have suggestions on how to improve this further, we would gladly consider it! Please email [email protected]. Thank you.

I needed documents for hauling horses and having friends ride my horses. This was a great website to customize and print off my forms.

I tried to find a legal form and thought I had to sign up first. Since it said $15/mo cancel anytime I tried it. It turned out to be $15/mo for 12 mo or $180/yr. When I tried to cancel they said sorry, we will refund you $121 and charge $59 for 1 month. This was not what I thought I was buying and I see many complaints about this on BBB site.

Ron, hi again! Just went through your communications with our Support, and our reply would remain the same, sorry. $15/mo = $180 / year is the annual offer, correct, meaning when you pay for the whole year in advance and then use the service for the whole year. Since your account has registered use of the form(s) and downloads, we are unable to provide a full annual refund for you, thus, we had to charge you on a monthly basis, not the annual one. Apologies if the conditions were not immediately obvious!
