Be careful to read all of the small print and checked boxes with this one. I purchased a Quit Claim Deed from this site and somewhere missed the tiny checked box to do a "subscription" so I paid $59 dollars for the deed and then the next month they charged another $59 and told me they couldn't refund me even though I only used the one deed because I hadn't canceled the "subscription". I won't be using them again.

Poor Advertisement/Customer Service
I went on the website because I needed a form. Well, when you are presented with the subscription offers, they tell you the basic plan is $8 a month. What they don't tell you is that if you choose this option, they charge your card for the full year. I spoke with a woman named Hilda who was ZERO help. I told her the situation, and she didn't try to help me. The only thing they could do was reimburse me for the monthly fee, which is 39.99, not $8 as advertised. I understand we all make mistakes, however if this is something that consumers should be paying attention to, then don't make it in fine print where you cheat people out of their money. This business is AWFUL!!! WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!!!

We just went through the communication logs on your ticket, and can only confirm that Hilda was simply following the protocol imposed on such cases: if we can track activity in the account, this first month counts as used, sorry, and the rest of the year is compensated.

The Basic package indeed says $8/month. However, there is a toggle/switch above, highlighted in orange for better visibility, which helps you choose between annual and monthly packages.
In a long term, annual plan is always discounted, and significantly. And if you choose to roll back from annual to monthly, you are losing that 80%, and the monthly fee is presented as full price.
Our apologies if this logic of pricing was not immediately obvious!
