This company is a scam and I am ashamed to say I have found out the hard way. They promised a priority service, you pay over the odds, don’t receive documents, struggle to get a refund, emails they send don’t make sense, they don’t know their arse from their elbow. Terrible service. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Please don’t use them and hopefully you find these reviews before you go through the stressful situation they put you in as I am going through right now. Just to update this …. I ordered my Esta this morning (30th June) on the official site and it was approved in a matter of hours, proving this company has no idea and is 100% useless

Stay away! Complete scam! They charge you 179 US for the same ESTA document that cost 40 US on the real US ESTA homepage cbp.gov

ILLEGAL ! FRAUDULENT! It’s not an Official US ESTA website. Why don’t you work honestly ? Is that too difficult? How this website is available and shows up first on the list on Google search ? I have reported to the authorities this horrendous scammer and asked for my refund.

I would consider a minus star rating for this scam . Please avoid avoid avoid ! There is no price till the end and instead of the 40$ fee they charge 179$ . Go to the official site it has an app . These are absolute scammers . I cancelled my credit card as they have my data . Im beyond livid . Please do not use this site . It comes up first on Google search but AVOID !!!!

Went through the whole process but it said payment invalid (try another card). I stupidly tried multiple cards but nothing happen (no money taken). Should i be worried or have i had a lucky escape. I have know used the government site and completed application for $40.

DO NOT USE! Looks like an official website but isn't. Charges you over 4 times the cost of an ESTA. We didn't realise this wasn't the official site (they have since added this to their homepage). The details submitted for my daughter's Esta were not the same as the ones we put on the form. They told us they would refund 50% of my fee after I complained and should have refunded the service fee for my daughter's application which was denied. They refunded around 40% of mine & 30% of my daughter's. STEER CLEAR!

Appears at the top of search engines so you assume it’s official, it’s not ,simply a private company charging silly money for a service that actually costs $40ish The website closely copies the official ESTA website, don’t overpay and use these ,

When I realised this wasn’t the official US ESTA website and cancelled within 1 minute of sending my application and told them to stop processing, they refused to refund and claimed the docs had already been submitted. I didn’t provide all the documents but apparently they had already submitted it. Liars and fraudsters
