The leads are people who don't have 2 nickels to rub together, that's the buyer side. The selling side you get no leads for foreclosures. This company should be investigated. I am losing money and not making any. My credit card is so high I can't keep up. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY! They will not let you out of the contract till it is done. They are horrible people.

I was told I would get more leads than I did and that they are vetted. I got 3 leads, 2 never returned my numerous calls or voicemails and the third was another agent with a disconnected number

Leads are garbage, complete rip off.

I strongly advise against using this company. They claim their service is month-to-month and offer “exclusive” zip codes, but it’s all deceptive. They operate multiple duplicate websites (e.g., HUDexchange.com and AllHUD.net) that look identical, and they sell the same zip codes to multiple agents while insisting they’re exclusive. They didn’t even add me to the site I paid for, and the so-called leads were either people casually browsing the website or looking for foreclosure auctions—not serious buyers. On top of that, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with the sales rep after the initial transaction. Despite canceling, they charged me beyond the agreed period because I unknowingly accepted an "upgrade" they claimed was free, only to later demand payment for 90 days instead of the month-to-month agreement I signed up for. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation with shady, pushy sales tactics. Don’t waste your time or money!

The absolute worst company. Once they take your initial payment, they send nothing but junk leads. When I called to complain, they apologize and tell me they are going to "tweak some things" so I get better leads. Why wouldn't that be the case from the beginning??? They also extended my contract for one month for no additional charge. I was very clear with them that I was not in a position to pay for anything further for junk leads. Initial payment was $807 for 3 months. I come to find out they have charged my card for the past several months for $249 each charge. Since, I realized that they fooled me, I no longer had trust in this company. I started to call them at the end of August to make sure they wouldn't charge my card as I was very disappointed in there service. Never could get anyone to answer my call. Today, I notified my credit card company that there are fraudulent charges on card. Funny thing...I finally received a call back. I told them I wanted my money refunded and I also told them that I notified my credit card company. I was told I shouldn't have notified my Cc company because now they can't do anything to help me. Really??? Ignore my calls for months and then today you call. More than a little suspicious. I am absolutely having this company investigated. And yes I did check their reviews which were terrible, when I questioned that I was given another BS story. Shame on me for being a fool. They better make this right.

Absolute garbage...they totally didn't deliver on all their promises. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere as the only thing they delivered on was taking my money.

There sales pitch states that their average client/agent receives 12 contacts a month which would be at least 2-3 possibles a week. In the first week the only thing I got was a second sales pitch which would have had me as a paying agent for 6 months before they even delivered their first lead.

I am very unhappy with the leads. The consumers are all looking for HUD homes. I was told that these would be qualified leads and the homes would vary.
