As a professional in this industry for close to two decades. Hands down the best company in advertising and lead generation business I know of and the only one that I would recommend is USHUD. The mortgage business is not for everyone but from calling my share of leads I feel better calling USHUD leads. I know they have not been beaten up by a bunch of different loan officers all fighting over the same lead.

I'm a loan officer who has been calling on these leads for about a year now. It's plain and simple, you have to call and follow up with every lead and it works. Whatever effort you put in you so get in return. I'd recommend to all lenders!

My contact is Kevin Walp and he explained everything to me in detail before I joined and I can't think of him enough for reaching out to me!! In less than 30 days of being with USHUD I have 1 home under contract and 2-3 clients that will be purchasing in the next 2-4 months. I have been flooded with serious buyers. However, there is a small song & dance about the types of homes that the buyer is looking for. The buyers wants "a Deal" a Fixer Upper (Foreclosure or Short Sale) and then opt for something that is Move-in Ready!!! Because they "think" HUD is a great way to go, until I open doors to Vacant Foreclosed homes, find out how much money out of pocket is involved, how much work needs to be done before they can move, or that their lender will not finance the home in the current condition.The success rate in reaching a live person is low but as is any business it is a numbers game. USHUD has met my expectations of what they said they would deliver.

Thank you once again for sharing some of your time with me on the phone this morning. As usual, you were informative, helpful and thorough in explaining how I can make my experience even better and how to get more out of the program. I have been using the program for about 9 months and can tell you that it has more than fulfilled my expectations. I have learned a lot over this period and with your guidance, I have developed better ways of connecting to the clients (in the end isn’t that what it is all about). You and I have discussed some of the pitfalls and some of the dynamics of the program, which has been most helpful. Particularly having someone like you to “bounce” things off of and learn from YOUR experience. As is the case with any lead program, many of the folks are “kicking the tires” or prefer to work with local lenders, but I’m here to tell you that if you make the calls, follow-up and spend time with the clients, they absolutely DO come around in a positive way. I think the HUD name lends legitimacy to the communication string. Many people go to the websites in search of a foreclosure and walk away with a fresh perspective of what the websites do indeed, offer over and above their original purpose. As a lender, I particularly like the fact that it gives me exposure to many areas of my marketing area that I wouldn’t otherwise have at my disposal (the entire state!). It has allowed me to partner up with realtors all over North Carolina, and in turn, has given me a connection with them when I turn over pre-qualified borrowers. That in itself, is worth the “price of admission”! Let’s face it, who doesn’t want a customer dropped right in your lap. And 100% of the time it is reciprocal with them giving me referrals from their internal feeds. Absolutely a win-win situation for everyone. And to think it all starts from a HUD referral! Keep up the great work Justin. And if you have any more ideas to share, you know where to send them! I’ll do the same. Finally, I enjoy our phone discussions. Great company to work with. I have tried so many others (Trulia, Realtor.com, Zillow, TigerLeads, Boomtown and plenty of smaller companies). I did convert some of the referrals with the other companies if another realtor didn't call the client first. With this company, you are exclusive to the county/market and the referrals and I believe that is why their conversion rate is so high. Follow up is key and if you can do that, I would recommend using Ushud. I couldn't be happier
