Im getting alot of leads .I'm also getting a good amount of leads that are turning into something ...I'm glad that I picked this company out of so many out there trying for my business ..I'm also very happy about the price I pay or such a large amount of territory or how many zip codes I have ...Also being from New York I was assigned JUSTIN ANTHONY as my contact or go to guy and the guy is fantastic .My experience so far with USHUD.com has been great and I would recommend giving them a try for your desired market areas...Remember they give you the leads .That's their job. But The rest is up to you to present yourself as a professional in your occupation..Your calling people to help them not sell them ...Take sometime to get to know your leads as people if you can so its not just a sales call..Maybe the time isn't right for them to buy for whatever reason .But if you establish a friendship .You can always call them from time to time .Or they will call you when their credit score is usable or they got that raise they needed to qualify for more money or they finished that divorce ,There's a million different reasons ..Most of all make sure you brush up on your financing skills..Even though you may not be a lender.Being a real estate agent or Broker..You should have a good working knowledge of the different types of loans that are out there for people in their current situations...Most of the time that will turn your leads into gold my friends ! ...Good Luck and give USHUD A GO !
