I really appreciate the commitment you have to your members. I've been with USHUD Cooperative for about 2 months now. In the first month I received 6 leads, of which I connected with 3 of them on the phone. I have a closing with one of those leads this week! I am so impressed with the quality of the leads and the information provided with each one. After the first 6 leads came in, there was about a 30 day lull when I received no leads. I called member services and told them about the situation. Justin returned my call that day with a plan to update the system. Since then, the leads have been coming in consistently. Justin and his team are great to work with and are very responsive. They listen and come up with a plan quickly. It feels good to know that I'm working with a team that cares.

Erika was very nice and pleasant, did not come across as trying to sell me on something but very genuine. Jennifer was also very friendly and helpful and informative. I was left with the feeling that I have made a good decision joining USA HUD.

On boarding has been smooth and everyone has been very helpful. Look forward to working with the company

Unlike many lead-type services everyone I spoke with was not only pleasant but knowledgeable, and that made the key difference for me.
