I would give zero stars if that was an option. When I received a call from one of their sales reps, I stated that I was not interested in working with foreclosure properties. The rep assured me that their platform had evolved, and was no longer focused on foreclosures. That was a bold-faced lie! I wish I had done my own research; foreclosure information is plastered ALL OVER their websites. I was promised "Quality leads", which was another lie. 5 months and 67 'leads' later, and not a single viable lead. I spent hours upon hours chasing down bad leads, hoping that just one would convert. It never happened. My so-called support person, Justin, rarely answered calls or responded to emails, despite the fact that he had asked me to check in with him weekly. I battled with USHUD for weeks and was finally issued a refund, but it doesn't come close to reimbursement for the hours I wasted. The sales reps are very well trained in the psychology of sales...don't fall victim to this scam!

Our goal has always been your success — not cancellation. We’re genuinely surprised to hear that none of the 67 leads resulted in quality conversations, and we take that seriously. We’d be happy to review the leads with you and even conduct quality control calls together to better understand what happened. Our priority is helping you generate real conversations and, ultimately, more closings with our service.
