I accept only 90 days and they say that I renew their service in a phone call. to continue charging 3 more months. Your leads didn't work. They offered me a free website that they later charged a great charity to my credit card without authorizing them to charge me and today the General Manager called me to threaten to put me in collection because I canceled the payments from my card. Well, they will not accept to stop taking the money from my account. The website does not work and they took the money snow as if I agreed to renew their services. The receipt and the terms were for 90 days and he says that then it would be month by month but the general manager says that by a phone call I agreed to renew 90 days that I did not accept.

Not what they advertise....I had requested a 3 month agreement because the pricing was different and I was told they will also build me a site (I told them I had one already) however I was told it would be link to the site and site would not be available for 5 to 7 days. After I receive the site they wanted more money to advertise the site so I ask to cancel. 2 months and I will do 1 month instead....I was told by Josh ..No they do not do refunds (this was not stated in our original conversation) they refuse to refund any money and the leads they provide are people the hud foreclosure and people who are just searching the internet, they do not answer phone, text or their email....worst company I have ever work with.....Be warned ...There is no refund and they will not tell you that until you realize it is not for you that is when they rudely let you know they are not giving back the money and it is your fault after you pay them.

SCAM. I should have done more research prior to signing up with this company! Not only do they not provide quality leads, they charge you longer than agreed to and tell you extending an additional 3 months is “at no additional charge”. Trying to get a refund now. Please stay away from this company. I will also notify the BBB

It is a scam. They are expert to trap you into a contract and that's all. It is the only thing that they want.

Don't waste your money on this. The leads are forced. 95% of the ones we contacted either had no interest or said they had to give the information to get access to the sites. Also I was mislead about the additional free items they through in which extended the contract. Do not use this service.

Absolutely a scam! Stay away from them. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them a shot because the sales woman that I spoke with Jennifer to me that I would close at least one per month, I didn't even get a lead (good, bad or otherwise) for over two weeks of my first month. When I emailed and said that I wanted a refund they had a manager contact me who said he was extending my contract through September (did not happen) he was going to make sure I got good leads (he did not). They are on to their next victim now. $300 spent and not one workable lead out of the 4 they sent over a month span. Not to mention the fact that they are just terrible in general with customer service and the website is bad. Lessons learned.

Robocalling scam artists. Called from ‭(980) 819-4964‬ which is a fake number. They offer nothing of value for real estate brokers so I suggest do like me and hang up.

They will make you a lot of promises then avoid trying to fulfill them. This was the 2nd time I tried their service and I cannot believe I fell for their sales line twice. This time they assured me that they had made changes in the way the leads were captured so that the phone numbers/emails have been authenticated. NOT TRUE. After failing to provide what they promised, they kept extending out the contract time but a longer period of time does not make the service better. From January to May there were 28 leads sent but NOT ONE was viable. Save your money.
