initially offered 3 month contract then bait and switch to 6 months. fraudulent business practices

If you are reading this review, unfortunately it may be too late as is the case for me and so many other real estate agents who have made the mistake of doing business with this company who sells bad leads at a really high price. They get you in by telling you they can provide qualified leads that you can try for 90 days. After you realize the leads are not worth paying for and you want to cancel and you call them, you will find they ovoid your calls and emails for cancellation until after the 90 day period is up. Then when you finally get a hold of them, they tell you that since you didn't cancel in the 90 days period, your automatically resigned for another 90 days since they didn't receive a cancellation request from you with in the first 90 days and you have to keep paying them for the bad leads. These people are well aware of their bad business practices since they get complaints like this all the time and yet they still continue getting agents to give them large sums of money for a really bad product. Please understand, if their leads are really as good as they say they are, then they would have no problem allowing people to cancel at anytime since they would know so many other agents would want their leads if you don't. So, they make it difficult to get a hold of them during the 90 day period to make you obligated to continue paying for their really bad leads. They are also very rude and indifferent to your request to cancel after they realize your on to them and the jig is up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Complete waste of money.

I have a very similar story to others on here, they convinced me of a 90 day deal but once I realized the leads are a joke and didn't even realize they filled out ant form and didn't request anything its too late because you can't get your money back and they are suddenly very rude and unresponsive. My favorite part was when a client service person called me 2 days after I signed up and tells me I can get platinum service for no additional charge!!!! Yay! This entails a free website apparently but the person who calls us very slick in how they talk and even though it's clear I don't think this is costing me anything extra she still allows me to go on. They say she "reiterated" several times that this extended my contract by 90 days what really happens very clearly on the call is that she breezes over it quickly still leaving it clear on the call that I don't realize what has happened. They can come in here and say I "verbally" agreed and things were crystal clear in the call...whatever garbage they want to say but the truth is they knew what they were doing and they knew they were tricking me. They are shady and should be ashamed!!

This a scam. Took a few weeks to figure it out. I don't know how they have that many 5 star reviews unless they were done in the first week. I wasted $900.00. Live and learn.

I signed up and had it for 5 months and got nothing but garbage leads. When I called the people they said either I didn't sign up for anything or I'm not selling and have no plans to sell. Finally, there were the never-answer leads. I received only a few leads in fact last month I received 2 leads. When I went to cancel they said I had signed a 90 contract. I wouldn't waste your money. Put the money elsewhere into something more legit.

This is a scam! They will auto bill you even when they claim not to. Had to get my bank involved! Got no leads out of the $850 they stole from me. Do not sign up for this!

90 Day contract auto renews! Cannot cancel without a certified letter. They will drain your account and ignore any calls or emails sent. - Response to the reply: As stated with the original review, several emails were sent, 17 to be exact! I always follow up with an email after a call for documentation. All calls are also recorded. With that said let’s be truthful here. That’s what reviews are for!

This is a scam and one that is hard to et rid of. They make their money by misrepresentation and making you sign a contract which and then holding on to ot as much as they can to milk you. YOU GET NOTHING IN RETURN EXCEPT TENSION, GARBAGE, AND RUDE PEOPLE. Their favorite one is calling you with a FREE promotion and then you find out that you have been had.
