I asked Katelyn a lot of questions and told her all of the bad experiences I had had. She was very patient and understanding about my doubts that this program would be different. By the time we were finished I felt like I had made a friend!

Having an entire county rather than competing with other agents to be the first to get in touch with someone is a blessing. I’m going to try this out and see how it works for me, and hopefully I will report back in another month!
Response from USHUD.comOct 28, 2025
Thanks so much for sharing that! We’re glad you’re enjoying the exclusive county setup — it really does make a big difference when you’re not competing for every lead. We’re confident you’ll see great results once you’ve had a little time to work the system. Looking forward to hearing your update next month!
