You are not verifying your lead information. None of three I have received have valid phone numbers and do not answer emails or anything. Only one might be valid. I want my money returned. I am a professional and know how to follow up on leads. I have been a Realtor for many years.

They were just looking at houses they couldn't afford.
I called them and they didn't return the call. When I texted them I got a text back the they were just looking for properties that they couldn't afford.

I was impressed with the people; I spoke with from the company. However not one lead I have actually talked with has even been the least bit interested in speaking to an agent. Most don't even answer. I was told they were all vetted and ready to do something. NOT TRUE
This really feels like a scam, a lot of money up front but none of them are interested in buying.

PLEASE actually read the reviews of…
PLEASE actually read the reviews of this company because so many of them are from people who have just onboarded and haven't even experienced what things are like. I'm not going to say that this program won't work for SOME, but as a Real Estate agent in CHICAGO, I can tell you that this lead generation system is one of the worst I've experienced. It comes with SO many promises but fails to deliver on every level. I've been in the business for 14 years so I understand that most leads won't convert, but when you're only getting a handful of leads per month (the last two months I've only gotten a total of 4), and when those leads are pissed that you're calling them, something is wrong. I spoke with Justin who at first seemed to be on my side and wanted to proactively help with the quality of the leads. He assured me that he knew what he needed to do to get me the results I deserve, and since that conversation in April, I've gotten a total of 6 horrible leads. I should mention that if you're getting horrible leads you should reach out immediately because I was basically told that by not reaching out sooner I was to blame for not getting good leads. I think what he said was, "If I don't know there's a problem then there's nothing I can do about it." Ok, so now you know there's a problem and you've promised to do something but things have gotten worse. I reached out again on June 4th about the lack of leads and bad quality and got a quick response the next day that said "looking into it now." Absolutely NO communication or follow up since then, and only two leads for the month of June. I wrote to say that this just wasn't working out for me and that I'd want to cancel at the end of my membership. I asked for confirmation of this and instead got a lecture about all of the agreements I'd signed and about how they'd added extra months, etc. etc. blah blah blah. Basically a bunch of sales-y BS from a guy that talks a good game but doesn't actually deliver. Take it for what you will but I will not be using them again and will NOT be recommending them. There are WAY better lead services out there. Try Referral Exchange, for example.

The few leads I received from USHUD are…
The few leads I received from USHUD are with buyers that have no intention of buying. This program has been a complete waste of my time & money. I only wish I had read the other reviews before proceeding as I wasted quite a bit of money on a promise that never materialized. Thank you.

SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT!
Despite their promises of solid leads with a good ROI, they failed to deliver any workable leads but made sure to consistently withdraw funds from my account without hesitation. Out of 30 leads, not even one resulted in any prospects.
I initially engaged with Ushud with the expectation that they would provide me with valuable leads to support my business. The initial conversation, marketing materials and assurances led me to believe that their services were reliable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, my experience with the company was anything but satisfactory. From the outset, I encountered difficulties in reaching out to their customer support. After numerous attempts to contact them via messages and phone calls, a "manager" finally called pretending to be concerned but never fixed problem nor did he follow up as promised. This lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and ignored as a customer. It became apparent that their promises were empty and that they had failed to fulfill their obligations. As a consumer, I believe it is essential to warn others about the unprofessional practices of Ushud, and I hope that my complaint can shed light on their misleading conduct.

BEWARE!!!!!!!
I have never been so disappointed with the quality of this organization. I have not had any luck with a single lead. As a mortgage loan officer, these have wasted $1600.00 of my hard earned money.
97% were unreachable. Fake names, fake numbers, fake emails, google answering service "party unavailable". The few people I did reach had no idea what I was talking about. I left voicemails and got nasty text messages back.

Buyer beware
1. There is no rescind or buyer remorse period for contract to take place. It is immediate!
2. They promised customer service is always available. I just called at 12:50 p.m. from NJ and I had to leave a message.
3. They offer a "free" website but the catch is... you are extending your membership by 3 months. Once I read the contract thoroughly, I declined. So far, I'm not impressed. $299 a month and I'm locked into 6 months because I didn't think this through. I pray I get at least 1 home sale to cover the cost of this.
