Dear Mohammed, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, although we are disheartened to learn of your dissatisfaction with your recent purchase. First and foremost, we'd like to clarify our company policy regarding returns. As stated in our terms and conditions, we do not accept returns based solely on finding a lower price elsewhere. Our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers. We're genuinely sorry that you found the iPhone case cheaper elsewhere after making your purchase with us. However, it's important to note that pricing can vary between different retailers due to a variety of factors, including promotions, discounts, and market fluctuations. We take pride in our commitment to transparency and honesty in all our business dealings. At no point did we intend to mislead or deceive you. We always aim to offer competitive pricing while providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused you. If there's anything else we can do to assist you or address your concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify this matter. Best regards
