I received a email out of the blue one day and decided to respond even though I wasn’t looking for funding. I’ve gotten many loans over the years and this was by far one of the most simple and easiest, the process was straightforward and required very little effort. Talking with Robert Churchill was like talking with a good friend, he answered all my questions and I didn’t feel pressured in anyway. Once completed the funding was in my account the next day. I hoped this is just the start of a long business relationship. 5 stars and will definitely be a longtime customer.

Surprisingly I was impressed for the first time with a lender - as I was not harassed with emails, and the Underwriter I worked with Dennis was actually someone you would want to have a beer with. Dennis uses a portion (with other partners) of his money to offer financing, so when he actually wants to know the intent of plans, along with the story behind it in order to give you a better offer was just unheard of. You can tell that they are truly hoping to have you long-term as their partner, and will be there to help when needed. I have a hunch I won't have to go to another lender in the future, as I am fairly confident they will value the business and compete to keep you. Though it is a new relationship, I have good intuition about these things and can assure myself I made the right decision. Thank you for being fun to work with!

Great company and transparent. So it was an easy process and the rep that I worked with Robert was very informative about how everything worked. The response time from him was adequate. The only thing I did not like was how they start taking the payments right away from you. They should give a grace period of two weeks before they start taking the daily payments. Also the fees are taking out right away as well for the transfer of funds, but I understand why now. Thank you US FUND SOURCE!
