Very bad service

Absolute nightmare experience. I hired US Freight Master to transport my vehicle, and they completely failed to deliver. Not only did they miss the delivery window, but trying to get a straight answer out of their customer service has been impossible. Every time I call, I get nothing but excuses, shifted blame, and the classic runaround. Nobody seems to know where my vehicle actually is, and no one will take accountability. If you want your vehicle delivered on time—or at all—and you value honest communication, look elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs.

You deserve what you get if you deal with this company. They lied 3 times to us about the pickup date and time. We sat around and waited 3 different days waiting for them and they never came. The brokers all have Indian Accents and they will lie cheat and steal their way to a deal then upcharge you in the beginning and i'm sure at the end of the trip. After I told them I wouldnt do business with them due to their blatant lies then they changed agents and he said he would assure me he will not be like her that he was handling things now and he had the call. But when I requested he makes good for 3 days of lies he said he had no call on that. Another lie. They will only lie lie and lie. If you do business with them then you deserve whatever happens. I would run and use someone else.

If I can give a 0 I will. stay away these people will low ball you on the price and then change it once you give them a deposit. then they refuse to give you a refund. This is not how you do business. beware of Rob Edge.
