USFormationReviews of usformation.com

Usformation is a scam. Ive used other providers before but due to a higher price, i googled and found usformation and decided to try it. It all seemed legit so i went and paid for the expedited version. Now, time goes and about a month later I get my ein. I notice I got nothing else in my documents tab( article of formation, etc ), so I decide to ask them for it. After looking, they have no support button, nothing. I send an email, and a WEEK later I still have nothing but a vague response “you can use our affiliate links to sign up to mercury..” Mercury requires article of formation or a simmilar doc. Im still waiting on my documents to be attached to my file. Its a disgrace. My clients are waiting, I cannot charge them another way, and these guys wont take 5min to upload my documents.

They are a scam company. I paid them $70 to get my address update on EIN and it's been almost 2 weeks now and no update yet. The representative that speaks to me on the email gave me a faulty tracking number which never worked. Now the representative keeps giving me updates which are not going to help me. I am stuck and would never use this company again.

very unpolite, no answers to emails, since a week waiting for an answer, asking money for any step, you can receive only up to 5 pcs envelopes per year not parcels, you will be forced for their express service, if not you will be treated badly, application needs 3 months, their best service is, if you need pay them they are very fast.
